We proudly service the Panama City, Rosemary Beach, Santa Rosa Beach, Destin, and Panama City Beach, Florida areas.

President of Phillip¹s Pool Service, Phillip M. Hicks, comes from a long background in the swimming pool industry. Phillip started building gunite swimming pools in 1995 right here in his hometown of Panama City, Florida. As a young man Phillip quickly excelled in every phase of pool construction, gaining national recognition for his quality workmanship. Phillip noticed a demand for a small conservative swimming pool business in Panama City beach, Florida. So he decided to start a pool business with a core belief of values that truly believes in customer satisfaction. Phillip is married and has two beautiful daughters. He also attends First Baptist Church of Panama City. Today, He personally involves himself in every aspect of our company to make sure that you are getting the best quality pool service and customer satisfaction around.
